Le Petit Oratoire / En attendant les copains – Red – 2020

13.0 alc.
Grape: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.

The idea behind the cuvée “En attendant les copains” comes from Lori’s idea to make a Rhône kind of red wine, but which would be lighter and easier to drink than the typical Rhône wine.
The name of this cuvee means “while waiting for friends”. It is an easygoing, casual wine that you can drink while waiting for your friends.
A mix between the minerality from the terroir, and the freshness obtained by the full grapes maceration.

Ideally, drink it between 16 and 19 degrees.
