We will ship within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Delivery fees
* Shipping fee includes the cost of the refrigerated truck
*For orders placed from November to February, the shipping fee will be charged excluding the refrigerated truck fee.
*Free shipping on orders over 12,000 yen.
*Delivery to remote islands may be subject to additional charges.
Additional fees
Shipping charges may apply in addition to the selling price.
Defective products
When you receive the item, please check if it is damaged and if there is no mistake in the item you ordered.
Due to the nature of wine, we do not accept returns due to customer circumstances.
If the received item is different from the ordered product (before opening), please contact us within 1 week after the product arrives.
*Defaults on the label will not be considered as a valid reason of return/refund.
*Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for corked wines.
Return deadline
Within 7 days after the item is received.
Return shipping charges
Return fees will be borne by the customer.
If it corresponds to a defective product, we will bear it.
Cancel
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
