Grape: 60% Marsanne, 40% Viognier, 3 to 10 years old vines on the Saint Joseph appellation

Full bodied and creamy on the nose, with the recognizable white flowers of Viognier. Marsanne gives extra dimension and citrus to the wine, making it come in like a mountain stream. Smokey and earthy in taste, but in an elegant way that we are big fans of.

Terroir: limon granitic, on the north of St Joseph appellation.
Negoce grapes from the Ardeche region, from organic farming practices. Natural fermentation with native yeasts. Marsanne direct press, fermented and aged in a 300L barrique with 20% of it being 2019 vintage, macerated with the skin and aged in amphora. Viognier direct press, fermented and aged in a 5hl amphora in sandstone
