The vines are located on the small villages of Arboras and Saint Saturnin on the famous Terrasses du Larzac terroir.
Vines are more than 40 years old on average.
The grapes have been harvested manually with small crates. They were destemmed and put into fiber tanks.
Just before bottling, the juices were blended together. Bottled on April, 23th 2021.
Non filtered, no added SO2.
