If you think that you don’t like Muscat, please drink this cuvee and think again! Not your typical Muscat at all. Very nice minerality, aromas of white flowers, just a little acidity and a little tiny bit of tannins.

Manual harvest with small crates.
After harvest, direct press and maceration in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, fermentation in stoneware jar for 6 months.

Only indigenous yeasts. No filtration, no intrants.
The Muscat is one of the traditional cépages of the Roussillon region. To obtain subtle and complex aromas, they harvest earlier the most beautiful grapes, called « les belles vertes » (beautiful greens).

The name also comes from the movie “La Belle Verte” from the french producer Coline Serreau from 1996, with Marion Cotillard , Vincent Lindon, Yolande Moreau.
