Usually Vincent bottles his primeur in October, hence the name. This year is the 3rd time he makes this cuvee.

Carignan was harvested at the end of September 2021, and then was directly pressed.
The Syrah was harvested in the beginning of September and underwent carbonic maceration for 3 weeks.
The wine was bottled at the end of November 2021.
