Fruity and wild, Sentinelle offers rich flavors of pomegranate and luscious red cherries that perfectly match with the delicate notes of wild violet, black pepper and tobacco leaves.

Harvest by hand, then the most beautiful grapes are selected and unstemmed.
Only 1 day of maceration, then lightly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast occurred at 20°C temperature. The wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
