How was this cuvée born?
This is one of the first cuvées that Elisabeth, the winemaker, has ever made. The grapes comes from the first plot of vineyard that she acquired. The Grenache blanc grape has lots of personality, and that is why Elisabeth repeats this cuvée every year since she started.
