She kept it simple: the name of the cepage which was used for this cuvée.
How was this cuvée born?
This was one of the first cuvées that Elisabeth ever made, with the first vineyard she bought when she began. She thinks that grenache blanc grapes have lots of personality so she kept this cuvée as a monocépage.
