A collaboration cuvee between Petit Oratoire and the winemaker Olivier Salon.
The name is an echo to the name “vins vivants” (another word for natural wine in French), and Souvi is a shortcut for the village of “Souvignargues” which is where Olivier’s vineyard is located.

The terroir for those vineyards consists of white clay and sandstone.
A white wine with an exotic nose with notes of pineapple, lemon zest and ripe white-fleshed fruits, and a gourmet and slightly tangy mouth.
We recommend a serving temperature at 10°C.
