All of the domain’s cepages are blended into this crazy cuvee called “Partouze” which basically means a collective sexual activity.
Vines are between 35 and 60 years old. Agriculture BIO since 2015.
Harvest is stricly manual with small crates of 20kg.
Long fermentation with a low temperature (12 degrees).

Grape: Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Pinot
noir, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Grenache gris, Grenache blanc, Riesling,
Bourboulenc, Roussanne, Viognier and Clairette.
A very light red full of aromas, very sensual.
Drink it between 10 and 14 degrees.
