All of the domain’s cepages are blended into this crazy cuvee called “Partouze” which basically means a collective sexual activity.
Vines are between 35 and 60 years old. Agriculture BIO since 2015.
Harvest is stricly manual with small crates of 20kg.
Long fermentation with a low temperature (12 degrees).
