It’s the same grapes and vinification as for the previous millesimes.
Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed, then undergo a low temperature maceration before being matured in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Vendanges in September, around 11,11.5, bottling in April.

This cuvee is a little fizzy when you open the bottle, and it disappears gradually.
A white wine like a yeast-driven beer funk with lemon, which becomes more honeydew-like after a couple of hours of airing out.
With this millesime, the winemaker added the Mourvedre just to get a little more volume for this cuvee. The taste almost doesn’t change.
