Why this name?
The domain’s name comes from a latin word, so he wanted to do the same for the names of the cuvées. After searching for a while, he found the names of the Greek Mythology nymphs and baptized every cuvée with one of those nymph’s names.
How was this cuvée born?
One of his most recent cuvées, Néréi is made from the Ugni grape which is usually used in stronger spirits (Cognac and such). It is unusual to vinify it, so he had lots of fun creating a white wine out of it.
