Why this name?
This is a cuvée that is a blend of Grenache noir grapes coming from 3 different vineyards.
As those vineyards are on different terroirs, this makes for an interesting combination!
How was this cuvée born?
He wanted to create a “glouglou” cuvée for his 2018 millesime, with lots of fruitiness.
Grenache grapes give really good results with carbonic macerations, so he chose this process.
