Grapes were hand-harvested and the grapes were directly pressed.
6-7 months tank
Bottled end of April
This is the first millesime of this cuvee.
The winemaking is pretty interesting because this is a wine made from red grapes, but vinified like a white.
After harvest, the grapes were directly pressed to obtain a very clear juice, which is the typical process to create “blanc de noir” wines.
You may be familiar with this because of some Champagne cuvees.
The taste is elegant, like white flowers. It is a like a mineral white, and the Mourvedre gives some peps.
