“C’est à siroter près de chez vous” is again referring to a movie, this time a Belgian classic. Aline Hock’s playing with the title again – bottomline what you need to know is: have a bottle close-by in case you need a sip! If you tend to choose wine by its label, you wouldn’t get exactly what it is: actually a cool, crazy red with a lot of layers.

The grapes are unstemmed, then lightly crowded by foot. Then it macerates for 10 days in a wooden frustoconical tank. Finally, the wine is grown for 12 months in fiber barrels.
Only indigeneous yeasts. No added chemicals or So2.
