The vines are located on the small villages of Arboras and Saint Saturnin on the famous Terrasses du Larzac terroir.
Vines are 60 years old on average.
The grapes have been harvested manually with small crates.
They underwent carbonic maceration for 10 days.
Bottled on April, 23th 2021.
Non filtered, no added SO2.
