The natural elegance
Julie Le Breton and Christophe Vial have started their wine adventure in 2016 in Uzès, in the north of the Languedoc region. In this place, the vines can enjoy freshness with a light breeze coming from the nearby Cévennes mountains, even in the hot summer.
They own 5 ha of Grenache noir, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a small batch of Grenache blanc.
They practice organic farming and work mechanically on the field, with respect of the vines.
Every cuvée is harvested by hand, fully destemmed, and then pressed in a wooden mechanism from the 50s.
