One of the most famous terroirs of the Languedoc region.

The name Inebriati comes from the Latin [inebriare], meaning “the drunkards”.
The domain is a family’s story, as the owner Victor Beau started in 2010 with 2 Ha of land that he could borrow from his father, Christophe Beau of the Domaine Beauthorey.
As his father was engaged in organic and biodynamic agriculture since 1994, Victor kept the same path and has been making his wines with organic grapes from the start.

As of today, the Inebriati Domain keeps expanding as Victor got his hands on more vines, and he could reach 6 Ha. His vineyard is located at the north of the Languedoc in the Pic Saint Loup appellation, between Corconne and Vacquières. The vines are planted in the garrigue, surrounded by limestone cliffs. Some of them are remarkably old: up to 80 years!

Older varieties like the terrets, clairette, carignan, aramons, etc. are found on the property but also more recent plantations of syrah and grenache.
