The rose of Les Clos d’Elis, a direct press of three cepages: Cinsault, Grenache and Carignan.
The vines are located in the small villages of Arboras, at 300m elevation, and in Saint Saturnin. The Grenache are old vines.
The grapes have been harvested manually with small crates.
Bottled on April, 23th 2021.
Non filtered, no added SO2.
