Why this name ?
Lolita’s father came to help her for the first press of this cuvée. At this time, she didn’t manage her grape press well yet, and he suggested to her to get into the wine press and trample the grapes by foot. By doing this, it was easier to press afterwards. So her father told her “Tu vois, papa n’a pas tort” (you see, father wasn’t wrong), and it became the name of the cuvée.
How was it born ?
Assemblage of two batches: one from a 5 days macération of the grapes with stems, and one with direct press. Fermentations were all accomplished inside the barrel (there were 3 barrels), matured on fine lees, only one racking before bottling.
